Almost four decades ago, Vanessa was the first company in the world to develop the quarter turn, metal seated, zero leakage rotary process valve, a valve which has become a guarantee for quality, reliability and durability.

The Vanessa valve is a problem-free solution, extensively used in the extracting, processing, refining, storage and transportation of hydrocarbons and liquefied gases, chemical and petrochemical plants, district heating, pulp and paper industry, and sugar mills. Furthermore, it is successfully installed also in applications involving cryogenic, high temperature and corrosive fluids.

The unmatched rotary process valve Series 30,000 achieves the zero leakage performance by means of its unique sealing principle: the triple eccentricity concept. Thanks to its fully non-rubbing rotation during the opening and closing phases of the valve, and thanks also to the high resistance of the metallic materials, the performance of the Vanessa valve is fully maintained for a very long time.
